For example, the pulse voltage value of the product used to extend the battery life is not too large. It is specially due to the repair of the battery. The strong current repair method is a method of repairing the old battery with long-lasting high voltage or high current during charging, and it is mostly used when the effect of the pulse repair method is not obvious. First, high-voltage repair method: This method mainly uses a charging voltage 1.3-1.5 times the nominal voltage of the battery to repair the battery. For example, a 36V battery is charged with a 48V charger under the condition of the same or close to the charging current. , The charging time must be controlled and not too long, otherwise the battery will generate heat due to gas evolution. This method has a certain repair effect on the battery with short circuit and low degree of plate softening, but improper use can also cause damage to the pressure point of the battery plate. Second, the high-current repair method: This method mainly uses a charging current 1.5-2.0 times higher than the usual charging current to repair the battery. 3. Repair method of full charge and full discharge of the old battery:

The full charge and full discharge repair method is to fully charge the old battery and then completely discharge it to repair the old battery. The full charge and full discharge repair method mainly has a certain repair effect on the slightly damaged battery. 4. Replenishment method of old battery:

The water replenishment method is relatively simple. Just open the upper cover of the battery, you can see that there are six round holes, inject a certain amount of distilled water into each round hole, and soak for more than 24 hours. Water replenishment can only be supplemented with distilled water. Water with other ingredients, including pure water, cannot be added, because there are various metal molecules in the water of other ingredients, which may cause self-discharge and damage the battery after being added to the battery.


5. Re-matching and repairing old batteries:

An electric vehicle battery is generally a battery pack composed of several batteries in series. The damage of the battery is multifaceted, and there may be damage to the battery in several aspects at the same time: for the vulcanized battery, the use effect after repair is better; but for the extreme The battery with softened board and partition can be repaired immediately. Because it is a physical injury, the reusable value is not great, the use time after repair is also very short, and the effect of repair will be worse. Batteries have a service life, and battery repair is only to keep it up to the normal design life.
