1. Material description
Carbon-coated aluminum foil is a composite paste mainly made of conductive carbon and high-purity electronic aluminum foil, made by a transfer coating process.
2. Application range of automobile battery
Ø Power lithium battery with fine particle active material
Ø The positive electrode is lithium iron phosphate
Ø The anode is ternary/lithium manganate with fine particles
Ø Used to replace etched aluminum foil for super capacitors, lithium primary batteries (lithium sub, lithium manganese, lithium iron, button type, etc.)
3. Performance effect on battery/capacitor
Ø Inhibit battery polarization, reduce thermal effects, and improve rate performance;
Ø Reduce the internal resistance of the battery, and significantly reduce the dynamic internal resistance increase of the cycle process;
